Egerton Playing Fields Association is run by a team of village volunteers comprising Lease Trustees, Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, Bookings Clerk and Maintenance Manager. There are also representatives from Egerton Parish Council, Egerton Cricket Club, Egerton Football Club and Egerton Running and Cycling Club. Members of the public are welcome to attend the yearly AGM usually held in April.

The Committee is run as an unincorporated association, governed by the constitution set out in the original 1970 lease. The lease was renewed in 2009 and an update to the governance policy was introduced in 2024.
